Psychotherapist - Counselor - Advocate - Life Coach
Hi! I'm Anna Halliday (she/her), a Licensed Mental Health Counselor practicing therapy in the Miami area and remotely with Florida and New York residents through Teletherapy. I'm also available for virtual Life Coaching services to clients in other states and regions. My passion is connecting people with self-compassion and a gentle understanding of why we do what we do. I counsel clients from a dynamic, identity-affirmative approach full of warmth and acceptance. I work with individuals and couples in my practice and often encourage my clients' growth by recommending additional resources. I enjoy helping clients develop their own unique voice to write their personal life narrative with. As I see it, taking charge of your story is essential for effecting change, growth, and self-actualization. I also strongly believe in a holistic path to healing that integrates therapy with balanced sleeping and eating patterns, self-care, and physical movement to promote wellness.
